Preorders will ship by the date in the listing. Preorders typically take 3-4 months from the order placed to ship out to customers. Due to the extremely custom nature of these orders, there are no refunds or returns allowed.

Once shipments are mailed, January Bell does not have the ability to change anything about it. Please refer to the shipping status given by our fulfillment partners at checkout.

Customers will be prompted to enter a discount code during the checkout process.
