Preorders are done for special merchandise and print runs to gauge reader and customer interest. Preorders take longer to receive and are not kept in stock. Preorders will ship by the date in the listing. Preorders typically take 3-4 months from the order placed to ship out to customers. Due to the extremely custom nature of these orders, there are no refunds or returns allowed.
Once shipments are mailed, January Bell does not have the ability to change anything about it. Please refer to the shipping status given by our fulfillment partners at checkout.
Customers will be prompted to enter a discount code during the checkout process.
January is no longer a one-woman show! We now have a team working to fulfill your orders as quickly and as perfectly as possible. Current shipping estimates are 1-2 weeks on in stock items.
