No refunds will be offered on items after 7 days. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on orders where customers have simply changed their minds. We ask that all items are returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once we have received your order back to us, in the condition it was sent out, we will process your refund. Refunds are only processed on orders if there is an issue with your order; IE: a book is printed in a manner that makes it unreadable.
Answer 2While we understand damages can happen, please note January Bell is not responsible for small damages that can happen during the shipping process. We package with the utmost care. If small damage occurs during the shipping process, replacements will not be sent. If your item arrives with significantly bad damage, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will be asked to return your damaged product in order to receive a replacement or refund. There is no guarantee that the replacement, if available, will arrive undamaged. Special Editions are limited print runs, and once they run out, they may not be reordered. Only one replacement per order. We do not offer replacements for general wear and tear on books. We also do not offer replacements on merch items that have been used in ANY capacity after receipt of the order. We also do not offer replacements to customers who have been found to be resellers on Mercari or eBay. We do not offer shipping labels for returns.
Preorders are done for special merchandise and print runs to gauge reader and customer interest. Preorders take longer to receive and are not kept in stock. Preorders will ship by the date in the listing. Preorders typically take 3-4 months from the order placed to ship out to customers. Due to the extremely custom nature of these orders, there are no refunds or returns allowed.
Once shipments are mailed, January Bell does not have the ability to change anything about it. Please refer to the shipping status given by our fulfillment partners at checkout.
